The following is a list of rules we have created to keep our passengers safe and to help keep our vehicles in good condition for our customers.
**ALL Reservations are held with a credit card, if we do not have a valid credit card, you do not have a reservation. We verify the credit card the day of the run, this means we make sure the card has sufficient funds to cover the reserved time and also to cover any damages that may occur. If the credit card is not used to pay for the Limo, the dollar amount verified will expire within approimately 5 to 7 days. This means that the money is held for 5 to 7 days for Xtreme Limo, if we do not charge the credit card, that hold will expire and the funds will again be available on the credit card within that time period.
**Paying with a credit card- a 5% fee will be added to your credit card if that's how you decide to pay. The 5% fee is to cover a part of the credit card processing fees.
**Cancellations within a 2 week period of the reservation will be charged a minimum of $150 or up to half of the reservation total.
**Damages will be charged to the person who made the reservation, even if someone else in their party did the damage. Damage fees will be assesed accordingly.
**Please keep your feet off the seats. We try very hard to keep our vehicles in the best possible condition for our customers.
**Food will be allowed, however if the limos have chips/crackers all over the floor or seats a $50 clean up fee will be charged to the credit card. We understand that a few chips or whatever may be on the floor. Also, we provide trash cans in all our vehicles so please use them and not the floor.
**There is a $5 fee for each broken glass that is supplied by Xtreme Limo.
**Vomiting IN or ON the limo will result in $150 clean up fee. The evening may have to end at that time due to health issues and depending on where it occurred in the limo, your driver will decide. If the driver decides to end the night, $150 clean up fee will be charged along with the full amount of the reservation.
**ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE LIMO/PARTY BUSES
